4. Camera Data and Video Processing
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CAMERA USE:
- Real-time Processing: Camera data is processed in real-time on your device to analyze your swing. This live video feed is not transmitted to our servers during analysis unless you choose to save or share it.
- Saved Videos: If you choose to save a swing video, it is stored securely in our cloud storage and associated with your account. You can delete saved videos at any time through the App.
- Motion Data: We extract motion and body position data from the camera feed to perform swing analysis. This extracted data (not the raw video) may be stored to improve our AI algorithms.
- No Background Recording: The App only accesses your camera when you actively use the swing analysis feature. We do not record video in the background or when the App is not in use.
- Your Control: You can revoke camera permissions at any time through your device settings, though this will prevent the App from functioning.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to:
- Provide you with the App's services and features
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax, accounting, or legal requirements)
